Tracy Hill - Principal

Ms. Tracy Hill

Greetings Eagle Families!

My name is Tracy Hill and I am thrilled to begin another school year at Carolina Forest! I am an Onlsow County native and have worked for Onslow County Schools my entire career. I have two sons, both products of the Onslow County School System.

I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in French Education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master’s Degree in School Administration from East Carolina University. I have had the fortune of working at the elementary, middle, and high school levels as a teacher and an assistant principal. My career began teaching French at Summersill Elementary School. From there, I taught French at Trexler Middle School and Southwest High School. I have served as an Assistant Principal at Jacksonville High School, Parkwood Elementary School, and Carolina Forest International Elementary School. I had the privilege of being a principal at Morton Elementary School and am delighted to be in the Forest!

This school year we will be submitting our Global Ready School application to continue our status as a "Model" Global Ready School. We are the only school in North Carolina that has achieved this status and are looking forward to continuing the great work of "inspiring students to SOAR in an ever changing global society." As the year progresses, we will be seeking feedback from our parents and community stakeholders to help our students be successful. Please feel free to contact me at Tracy.Hill@onslow.k12.nc.us or at 910-346-1778 with any questions or ideas. It is my desire to continue promoting the traditions of this great school and our vision of Excellence in Education!

In the pursuit of excellence there is no finish line!
