National Elementary Honor Society
Summary Statement: NEHS is an honor and service organization/club with academic eligibility requirements, a selection process (not an application process), and is limited to 4th and 5th graders. Meetings and activities are conducted during school, normally a “lunch bunch.”
Eligibility:
- 93 average
- Documentation of responsibilities with family/community
- Leadership activities
- No office or bus referrals
- Teacher recommendations
Selection process takes place in February and induction is in April.
